Return Policy:
A to Z Gifts insures all packages. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item is broken you must notify us within 3 days after delivery of your order. So if an item arrives broken, we will work with you to expeditiously handle the claim through A to Z Gifts. If you are not satisfied with the product you may mail it back to us for an Exchange (we will require additional postage to send the new merchandise) or we will refund your money. Here at A to Z gifts we believe in customer service. If at any time you have a complaint, please contact us so that we can get it resolved. Please refer to our contact page to reach us.
